How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days. Express delivery is estimated at 1–2 business days. Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the item, fulfillment location, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $8 for orders under $70. Orders of $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Express shipping is available for $15.

Will all of my items arrive together?
Not always. Some Riann Ashlyn pieces may be fulfilled from different locations, so items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.

Can I return an item?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Are any items final sale?
Yes. For hygiene reasons, earrings, nose jewelry, and other pierced jewelry cannot be returned. Personalized or custom items, gift cards, final-sale items, and items showing signs of wear or damage are also not eligible for return.

Materials vary by piece and are listed in each product description. Our collection includes pieces crafted from materials such as .925 sterling silver, stainless steel, gold-plated finishes, pearls, natural and semi-precious stones, and other materials selected for the individual design.
