Order Processing

Orders are processed as quickly as possible after they are placed. Processing times may vary depending on the item and fulfillment location.

U.S. Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is $8 for orders under $70.

Orders of $70 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping.

Standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days.

Express shipping is available for $15, with an estimated delivery time of 1–2 business days.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may vary due to processing times, fulfillment location, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Multiple Packages

Some Riann Ashlyn products may be fulfilled from different locations. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times. When available, tracking information will be provided for each shipment.

Tracking

Once tracking information becomes available, it will be provided for your order. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after shipment.

Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

International Shipping

At this time, The Riann Ashlyn Collection primarily ships within the United States. International shipping availability may be added in the future.
