RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your Riann Ashlyn jewelry. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings, nose jewelry, and other pierced jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned.
We also cannot accept returns on:
- Personalized or custom items
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or improper care
Starting a Return
To request a return, please contact us at support@riannashlyn.com within 14 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. Returns sent without first contacting us may not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your jewelry is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at support@riannashlyn.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll work with you to make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Exchanges
Because many Riann Ashlyn pieces have limited availability, we cannot guarantee exchanges. The easiest option is to return an eligible item and place a new order for the piece you would like.
