Measure around your knuckles, not your wrist, to ensure the bangles slide comfortably over your hand. Medium fits a knuckle circumference of approximately 7.5 inches (19.1 cm); Large fits approximately 8 inches (20.3 cm). If you are between sizes, choose the larger size.
